Bought Singed but was not charged

So basically what happened was I was browsing the shop while waiting for my friend to be ready for match making in draft, I saw Singed was on sale and I was curious as to what his abilities were, so I double clicked him and it said I bought him. The weird part is that the shop did not take any IP or RP from me but I now own Singed. My summoner name is TootinScootin if a Rioter wants to take Singed back (RIP)

Sidenote: I was unable to replicate this with any other champion on sale who costed more than the IP I had, just Singed
