[GAMEPLAY] Soraka's Equinox not silencing Blitzcrank's Rocket Grab

Equinox's [silence] is not affecting Blitzcrank's 'Q' ability, Rocket Grab.

Several times Equinox has failed to Silence Blitzcrank allowing his "grab" to nail teammates while ignoring the Silence. Blitzcrank has been silenced but manages to pop his 'Q' WHEN SILENCED.

Its frustrating trying to protect/save your team from his grab when it fails outright. Game breaking.

Anyone else experiencing this?
