Movement/Attack Bug

I just played a game with udyr where I would right click on someone right after i press q/w/e/r. And I would run up to them or get somewhat close to them and then just stop, and I wouldn't attack. It was like as if I pressed "s", nothing would happen and I would have to click again to start moving or attack. Also if I was standing by someone or a creep I would not attack them as well. I just talked to my cousin about this and he told me that he has had the same problem in the pass as well. Can you play look into this. T.Y.
