The hook goes through the black shielded target instead of harmlessly not ccing the target.

In this case, I think the hook just missed Lee because I have seen Thresh's hit someone with a Black Shield recently and it attaches to them

this is a very clear example thresh hook hvaing a shiity interaction and jumping to target... the spellshield "spell immune is because lee got hit by Cassiopeia q who had a item 3116 .. the hook didn't hit lee spaghetti code, it had nothign to do with Morgana shield... i can 100% guarentee you you can still get hit by a hook with morg shield on. ( it wont cc you but they hook wont fall off and thresh can pull himself toward you)

i mean havent you see shit when thresh throws a hook at some champ and it flies across the map to hit someone from in their base?

this is just that shit going on. it is a thresh bug.. with his Q, it has no relation to Morgana whatsoever.

and i doubt this will ever be fixed because its been around for a long as i can remember, although i mostly see it in WTF videos and very rarely in my own games.
