Shaking numbers

Today i just got out of a ranked game after winning, I noticed that my "lost" number of ranked games would wiggle a little bit. At first i thought it was just my eyes, then i realized after staring at it for a bit, it would do a little wiggle every 10 seconds or so. this was right next to where It showed how much LP i had gained for winning the match. I was playing vlad if that changes anything. Never noticed before.
