Screen freeze during champ select

Happening quite a few times when I got in champ select the screen would freeze until it would make me dodge My computer works/run league perfectly and a friend said he had the same problem Made me dodge a few ranked for no reason

I got the same problem. never happened to me before but now it's like every game out of three I get a dodge because of this. It's really starting to get on my nerves...
