Client Chat Message Notifications

Hi guys I don't know if this is an issue with specifically my installation of the game but after an update everytime I login I get my last received message as a notification despite already reading it when it was sent it's a little odd because I keep forgetting and think someone's asking me something. So I thought it best to make a bug report notice.
