Annoying Shaco Bug with new attack speed item DEVOURER

Well I have noticed, in the last patch when they updated the new jungle item (to devourer) that its bugged out with Shaco. As you all know when you upgrade the weapon you have to keep farming camps to stuck your jungle item. There is "ghost wolf" following you until you reach your final stack 30. Its same case with all the junglers accept Shaco. Yes there is the same effect but bit different, the wolfs just keep multiplying until the point that you cant even move with your champion (sometimes you have like 7 wolfs ) and even after your reach the final stack 30 on that item they don't disappear. When you stop moving with your champ they surround you and they block you from moving, its very annoying :(
