[Gameplay] Bottom Turret Stops Working

Hello, I played a game yesterday where I was the adc in bot lane, and about 5 minutes in, my bottom turret stopped working. No other turret on the map stopped working, and it was not about to be destroyed or even close to going down. There were no firing indicators at all, it literally did nothing. Minions attacked it, attacked us, and champs attacked us all under the turret range and still the turret did nothing. Bottom Blue outer turret was the only one to experience this. Please fix this, it's kind of game breaking when you don't have a turret for protection when you are supposed to.
