End of Season Rewards (Chat Restricted in S8 but reached Honor lvl. 2 recently)

I saw the post the dev's posted on the information regarding the eligibility of the end of season rewards, I recently acquired honor level two and I have not received the end of season rewards. I can now choose the ranked border on my icon but I have not received a victorious Oriana skin. Am I not actually eligible or do I just have to wait for a while?

I would wait a while for things to update. But if you are worried about not receiving your rewards, you can send a Support Ticket over to Riot Support informing them about your missing rewards.
