TAHM KENCH THICK SKIN (E) BUG

I played Tahm kench in my series to platinum 2 on eune and at the whole game, i couldn't cast my thick skin (e,third spell).It didn't even show me the grey health of the passive.Please fix this i lost my first game of the series beacuse of this bug.Also please if you can,do something with the unworthy defeat i got in my first game of the series.My account name is IWantToDestroy on EUNE.
