[GAMEPLAY]Movespeed dropped to 175 even though i was at base with the homeguard effect and 0 slow

Got hurt, walked to base, regenerated my hp back, got homeguard, walk towards somewhere then come back to abse but so slowly. Realized through replay that for some reason even though there was no enemy around to slow me, my movespeed dropped to 175 then went back up. I dont know how reproduceable this is.
