bugged sightstone has 0/0 wards to place when returning to shop

Was blitz, upgraded my gold per turn item to the shield/heal on minion kill... bought a sightstone, used 3 wards, returned to shop, sightstone had 0/0 wards placed on map (thats what the tooltip said), and was unclickable to place any more wards.
