Herald Gets Stuck

One can spawn herald behind golems, and presumably other areas, that will prevent it from moving. He will stay there until someone removes the obstruction. This bug should not be promoted to a feature as it has clear areas for abuse by allowing a player to store Herald for later pushes. Make him able to move through jungle creeps and probably other stuff like friendly Heimer turrets.
