As you see the video, if Draven kills Illaoi e skill it gains gold by Draven passive! And This is what

You're right, this does to look to be a bug though, I'll go ahead and track this down on our bug sheet and get the attention of our QA team.

While I won't be able to give you a time frame of when this will be fixed, I will say that we will definitely be working on it.!
