odd glitch on howling abyss

I was playing as Syndra and an opposing Vayne shot me against the back of our starting area. I hit the wall and got stuck to it. permanently. I could wiggle back and forth a bit but was ultimately forced to watch my team die before my eyes. The terror I witnessed can hardly be described. #ballstothewalls
