I was playing a game as Viktor and three times during the 20 minute game, my champion stood froze in its place, then returned to normal after about ten to fifteen seconds. It wouldn't move or respond to right clicks, all it would do it auto attack minions if minions were nearby. It wasn't lag because my ping didn't change and my allies/enemies moved normally, so I am not entirely sure what is causing the issue.
I am having the same issue. It can be 10 seconds into the game and no enemy champions any where near me. It can be mid team fight. It does not matter. Everything carries on normal around me. I see people moving. I see skills firing. I see minions moving. My guys just stands there. Won't move, won't fire a skill, nothing. Just stands there.
EDIT: Mine will not auto attack anything. Not even minions. Just stands there.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!! I just lost a game because I was having this same issue with Elise and my adc disconnected cause he couldnt move at all. This is the FIRST time I have ever had issues like this and guess what?? ITS PATCH DAYYYYYYY!!! coincidence? I think not.............Riot please fix your servers and add East Coast servers. I was at 84ms ping (that is super low for East Coast) and I would click then my champ would just stand there and not move but would attack if anyone was close. Ping never went up FPS never dropped and then it would respond. Enemy team and my teammates were A-OK while I just stood there getting killed before any of the abilities I was hitting worked. The game prior I was Galio mid. Same issue but much less frequent. Game prior I was Daruis Top and had it happen 3 times during the entire game. It is getting progressively worse please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i had this happen about 4 times today while i was playing with a group of friends another one of my friends had it happen aswell basicly what happens is one sec your champion stops responding to all commands. You can still click your mouse, the green thing still popped up when I tried to move but the champion would'nt move at all. Then about 5-10 secs later everything goes back to normal and it only happens to one person at a time. There is no disconnection message your champion just stops listening to all input for a few seconds.
I'm also getting the same thing. I noticed exiting league client and coming back seemed to get rid of it. But when I mentioned it to teammates, it sounded like it switched to them, and then they started having exact same issues.
Rebooting comp doesn't seem to get rid of it. Happens in normals and ranked sadly. (cost me one game, and nearly cost me another, all for ranked. :( ) It's almost like the game can't handle itself.. Was playing a normals, and character had that .5 seconds of lag type feel. Click to move, wait.. then character moves. No link / ping issues at all. Nothing running in background.. Internet is fine.. It's annoying.

I just had this happen tonight playing ARURF. I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this same issue even now? My champ didn't auto attack anyone near by and everyone else was moving just fine.
Same issue here with several different champs. Riot, please fix this, my ranking already sucks, I don't need any further assistance.
