Zoe W Bug on ARAM

If Zoe were to pick up a snowball summoner spell from the enemy (Mark) and miss it, it would go on cd for about a minute or until the w expires. In addition, you are unable to cast your own snowball while your w snowball is on cd. picking up other shards doesn't affect anything.
