Randomly Disconnecting For No Apparent Reason

I have been randomly disconnecting from nearly every game. I have a very consistent ping of 62ms. Even when I disconnect, I am at 62ms. The only solution I have found is Alt + F4 and restarting the game. Sometimes the chat will also randomly disconnect.

Important Note: My girlfriend and my friend's computers are not having the same issue and they are connected to the same internet.
