Have you gone into a bot game to see if you can still select the skin?
Also try logging out and back in.
Never trust the champion info page to tell you what skins you actually have. I've had all my skins seemingly wiped with they're prices becoming "Unavailable" at seemingly random times. Post a picture of you in a bot game trying to select the skin.

There are a couple reasons gifted skins and other content may have been removed from your account -

If a player participates in Refer-A-Friend fraud to acquire IP or RP, then any champions/skins gifted with this IP or RP are removed.

If a player purchases RP and gifts content with it, and subsequently issues a chargeback for the money spent on that RP, we will remove that content.
If you don't this this is the case, please submit a ticket so we can take a look at your account and see what the issue is.
I buyed 3 skins when they had some procent off i buyed high noon yasuo which i can use, pool party lee sin which i cant use and project lucian which i cant use. I buyed them with real money please give them back
