PANTHEON CANT USE ABILITIES AFTER R>EDGE OF NIGHT

So yeah, after you use edge of night and ult, there's about a 3/10 chance that you won't be use ANY ability for about 5-6 seconds, then you can use W after that time period, and that's the only way to get this "lock" off, to wait till you can use W again, so you can use Q and E. Q and E are kind of permanent (?), or atleast take longer than W when this glitch appears. Please fix this, this makes the champ unplayable in certain situations.
