[Client] Black screen at champ select

After accepting the queue for ARAM, the client loads into a blank screen for champ select. Everything is black, except for the upper and lower portions of the client. The upper portion shows the patch number(?) (6.13.16_06_24_15_03), minimize and close button. Bottom portion has the friends list, group chat and notification buttons.
I have tried 3 times in the queue for ARAM, and once for Co-op vs AI. First time in ARAM, someone else dodged and I was kicked back out to the main page while still in queue. Initially I thought it was just slow loading, but the second and third time seemed to indicate it was a bug, and I exited myself. Co-op vs AI had the same issue, and I was kicked out of queue for not selecting a champion. 4/4 attempts to play have resulted in this bug. The main menu itself is fully functional.
