Steel Legion Garen Issues

When using Steel Legion Garen in either ranked or team builder, use of the keyboard is not able to happen. None of this moves, summoner spells, or items can be triggered using the keyboard. Only the space bar works and I have to mash the button for it to even rarely work. I've tried unbinding the keys and rebinding them but it's no use, I am unable to rebind any letter on keyboard.
