[GAMEPLAY] Kayle's auto attack while E is active do not proc Sejuani's passive

We have noticed that Kayle's auto attack while E is active do not proc Sejuani's E passive.

Reproduction steps:

Activate Kayle's E and attack a target when Sejuani is nearby. Notice that Sejuani's E passive is not triggered
