Strange in-game problems and lags after new patch (8.5).

Hello there. It's my first discusion ever, i must say that I'm really hopeless since yesterday. I downloaded the recent patch and installed it 2 days ago, and everything was fine till yesterday. I got into the game, normal, draft pick with my friends, i walked to my lane and i farmed 3 minions. After that i got strange lags, that looked like moonwalking on the rift, I wasn't disconnected, i saw everyone running around the whole map but i didn't see any spells or kills or anything except charachters moving. In the same time i got dc from teamspek for some reason, just after spawning on the Summoner's Rift. I tried my best to resolve this problem bc i got afk warning after they lost this 4v5 game. The thing is i didn't get any infromation that I'm afk or disconnected. I reinstalled the client and i got a feeling that this halped a lil bit. I checked it on the custom game with bots, but problem is here again. I got into the game, started farming on my lane, enemy bot was moonwalking for a little moment and then he just disappeard from the map. I still have this strange moonwalking lags while moving and farming. My fps and ping are normal, i just don't understand what is going on. I delated teamspeak from my laptop and it didn't changed anything. Does anyone here have/had similar problems, i got this problems after this 8.5 patch and i don't know what should I do to resolve them. Before, for 3 years of playing on the same client I didn't have such sitations. Idk if it's my internet connection or what? Because I'm always playing on the wired internet connection. The problems are appearing just in-game. My shop and chat, and every application in the client works well. Please, someone (maybe rioter) help me, I really like playing this game but I'm afraid I will not be able to do it again. I'm feeling helpless. [sg-soraka]
