Circlet of the Iron Solari not showing damage blocked

Hey Guys, Played my first game with a top lane Orrn and I was bot lane support. Upgraded the Lochet of Iron Solari to Circlet and it did not show damage blocked. I know it still went off during several team fights. I could see the shield going off in the middle of several team fights, but the recorded damage block was not present afterwards. In previous games on the same evening, the damage reduction counter was present.
