Leblanc has a Double Distortion Bug that freezes her briefly in the middle of a minion wave

I have gotten this bug multiple times recently in the span of 3 to 5 games now. Right when a cannon wave comes, I would Q the cannon after auto attacking it a couple of times and use my distort and mimicked distort to clear wave and on the second distort, it doesn't clear the wave(the wave doesn't take the second distort damage) and Leblanc is frozen (kind of hovering) in the middle of the wave and unable to distort back to her original position nor able to do anything else.

1. Wait for cannon wave
2. Auto the cannon minion some to clear with Q W R combo
3. Q cannon, W, and then R in the middle of the wave on top of cannon
4. Frozen, briefly bugged out Leblanc and cannon wave.
