[CLIENT]Player In Ranked game got kicked for not " connecting " but he was chatting with us

we were Picking , and as you can see says player is disconnected or not connected to the room but he was chatting with us fine , when it was his turn to pick he couldnt cause it wouldnt allow him , so i think the game kicked him for not picking and he lose lp because he couldnt even pick .. it didnt happen to me but i wouldnt want to happen . Fix this asap Riot , losing lp for bugs aint cool :/
