Low Priority Queue Bug

I was placed in the low priority queue after leaving a game for 20 minutes, but every time i'm waiting the low priority queue ends to find a game the client losses connection with the server and it cancels resetting the low priority queue for 20 more minutes. I've been reading the riot support page and also I read older posts about the issue that makes your client lose connection with the server even when the internet connection is fine. I tried everything i found in older posts and in the riot support page, but the bug doesn't fix. Need help with this... I've been trying the whole day if the low priority queue just finishes after waiting but 20 minutes but it keeps resetting.
