Rank mmr drops no matter what even if i win.

Riot please fix your rank promos. I know i can not know my exact mmr but several websites that i used have shown me dropping mmr regardless of what i do. If i win a game my mmr goes down if i lose a game it still goes down. From the calculations i made, i have lost almost 200 mmr points and probably will lose more. I lose 24 to 30 points of mmr if i win and around 50 if i lose. Why punish me for playing my promos and winning in them. I know im suppose to lose a tier but really putting me back to sliver 5 even though i started the season around s2 mmr is a bit silly. Its this kind of crap that discourages me from playing this game. Winning should matter in promos but in my situation it doesnt matter because im going to have to climb back to where i should have been in the first place. This artificial lowering a player's elo is crap especially considering that going on win streaks givers the player a penalty. So, please fix this riot.
