New [CLIENT] New client store issue. *Not enough RP/IP despite having enough IP

Hello! I'm trying to purchase Twitch for 3150 IP, but it says not enough RP/IP despite me having 3379 IP. I'm not sure if this goes here, because it is the new client.

I had the same issue a week ago and after a few days it seemed to have resolved itself, so idk if that helps or not

I had the same problem. Submitted a Riot Support ticket and got the Ip back.
