Game Crash

My game keep crashing and for some reason League doesn't let me join the game. However, there is a good internet connection and it lets me get on the queue and champion select. So what has been happening is that the champion select section is over and league is supposed to connect me to the Summer's Rift. Instead, it won't let me get in and crashes every time. So I have been warned 3 times of AFK Behavior and I have deranked 2 times because of that. What I am mad about is that how is it my fault and I get the penalty for the server mal-functioning?

Anyone having a same problem? I like League and all but this is very very annoying, and I want the penalties taken away from me and for those who are having the same issue.
