Gameplay/Client Light Distortion

I've experienced this 2 times now. The entire match is bugged for me. Any attacks from any champion or minion causes a light distortion on the screen. Or so it seems that way. It looks like light beams in different colors, and different sizes, to best describe it, imagine a light show (or laser show) if you've ever seen one. The distortions occur with every single attack, during team fights those distortions block out enemy champs and causes way too much activity on screen to play a successful match.
