Ryze bot in co-op v AI Intermediate

This evening I played a few games and I'm two of them I was playing mid on Caitlyn. Across from me was Ryze. I hadn't come across this champion much but noticed differences in his patching and logic for the not. He wouldn't run away like all other bots. In fact it seemed like he tried to but just rubber banded back and forth in one spot. I got first blood on him both times and the first even before the minions came out.

He also did not stop chasing me under tower a few times and got zapped. The odd nature of his willingness to die while nice for my k/d and gold pocket, it seemed unfair and needs to be looked at.
