[CLIENT] Hextech Chest permanently locked

After winning a match I got a key fragment. Excited to open my last remaining chest, I went to open said chest. After trying to open it, with a bit of a delay, the chest wouldn't open. Now it's in my inventory, though I'm unable to open it with the error message "Crafting Failed. Please try again in a few minutes."

This is the first time I've encountered the bug. It happened after I finished a game. There were no special steps taken that would be different than opening any other Hextech chest. Simply went through the process of opening a chest, there was a delay after the animation of the key opening the chest, a black screen, and the error message popped up. Both the key and the chest are still in my inventory as of the moment I'm submitting this bug report.
