Bots are back

Since it won't let me make this in gameplay I have to place this here. DO NOT REMOVE

So ARAM bots are back. Multiple games no scratch that. ALL of my ARAM games had atleast one bot. Infact I had a game a few days again where I was the only real player on my team. Riot I thought you fixed this issue? Bots are effin EVERYWHERE in ARAM. I've reported already 30+ bots yes I counted to 30 then stopped counting after. Fix this crap ASAP
