twitch invisible ring permanent up and on fire from brand

playing a match like usual until i notice that the twitch is out of steal with the ring is still up, but the funny thing is that hes on fire from my brand supp. for 30 min hes was still on fire even out of combat as well as the ring still up. I have the screen shot i just need to know where to post it.
