Vel Koz Q goes THROUGH folk! [CLIENT]

Ever since about 4 patches ago Vel'Koz's Q goes THROUGH minions and champs on occassion--sometimes frequently. Anyone else experiencing this? I don't know how to reproduce it other than to spam the Q and watch to see when it becomes useless. ;P

Am I the only one??
