Client crashes after Hextech Crafting

[CLIENT] Client crashes when I enter Hextech Crafting

This occurrence has happened a few times, but enough to see a pattern. When I complete a game, victory or not, I sometimes get a key fragment. But it always seems to crash the client when I directly enter Hextech Crafting.

This has happened every time I have done exactly this.
