Galio's shield no longer grants assists as of the new patch (5.12)

Shield should grant assists if placed on:

1. champion credited with kill
2. other champion who assisted within kill time frame.

I have tried this in bot games only, but it happens every time. I don't even care about the assist gold, I need athene's and dangerous game to trigger!

• righteous gust still gives assists correctly if thrown under you teammates feet. make sure you don't do this while trying to replicate the bug.
