Viktor Augmentation Bug

If done correctly, one can spam an augment onto a single spell, wasting either one or two augmentation points onto it. This prevents Viktor from being able to get the final augment on his basic abilities, and thus, does not allow him to receive the augment for his Ultimate. Posted once already to reddit, but I want this bug to be fixed. Here's to you, Riot. gg.
