[Client] Client completely bugged out, scrollbars stopped working, chat started repeating things

I was making a party when my client completely bugged out. First of all, while in queue, the party chat didn't appear. I tried rejoining the queue and it appeared, but it looked like this. Scrollbars didn't work and as you can see it says **Chat Text Input in my chat bar.

After that the client found a game, and I had to press accept. The accept/decline screen looked normal, but the screen after that looked like this. Meanwhile, private chat broke almost entirely. When I said something, some earlier things I said were repeated, and the scrollbar didn't work again. If I wanted to see what was being said I had to scroll all the way down using the mouse wheel. I made a video from the after game screen, t I think you can still see what I mean. When I say "oke nu wel" (okay now I do) at 0:10, it repeats some things I said earlier and she actually gets that in her chat as well.

We both pressed accept, but as it often happens it seems like someone didn't because we didn't get into a lobby. Instead we got kicked out of the queue completely, and had to rejoin the queue again.

This time we got into a game lobby, and everything worked fine. The private chat I had was still completely broken though.

Afterwards, I tried to give someone honorable opponent and it looked like this.

The problem is that I don't have any idea how to reproduce it, the only thing I can say I did is that I pasted something in the pre-queue party chat while I had my private chat open, (so that the windows overlapped and I pasted something into the bottom chat) and from there on it bugged out. The person I was talking to also said her chat broke, but I don't know if it was the same kind of broken as I was experiencing.
