Chroma Pack Skin Options

Every time I go into Champion Select and I choose Caitlyn and her classic skins. There are no options for me to choose her chroma pack skin colors! Its been going on for a long time, and I have reported this issue to riot support. They have fixed it for it to last for only one day and it goes back to the same it was. It happens to my vayne dragon slayer chroma pack skin too! I want to know if anyone else is having this problem also. I hope riot can fix this! I think it is a bug.
