Error occur during Pick and Bans

I just tried to play 2 ranked games. The first one I was doing the banning but it wouldn't let me ban and I couldn't see the enemy's bans either. I could talk to my teammates fine and then when it came up for me to pick I couldn't do that either. So it showed everyone left the room while I was still in it unable to do anything but an error message popped up but no link to report a bug. I closed it out then opened a new client opening it as administrator then after a 3 minute ban I queue up again and the same thing happened. So I lost 13LP and got another 30 minute ban which isn't bad but it feels like I'm being punished for something I didn't do. What is this Error that I'm getting?
