[GAMEPLAY] when my camera is locked it follows me in bumps instead of smoothly.

I have had this problem since yesterday, when i play and my camera mode is locked it follows me in bumps instead of smoothly like i am used to and i looks like small lag spikes or fps spikes but my fps is steady at 60.
