[GAMEPLAY] Wooglet's Witchcap

So the issue is that I noticed in the tooltip of wooglets it has the Deathcap passive of getting 25% bonus ap but after that it still shows 0 except as you will see below it shows Lux has the bonus ap while Vel'koz and I don't get any ap bonus from the item. I even tested It solo and it happened again. I do not know what caused the problem other than just buying the item.
