new masteries skill not proc'ing
when will you fix the new masteries so they actually work and proc?

Chaotic Sage1 votesWell, dunno what to tell you, had a trynd in a game much earlier today and he said it was still working okay on the heal. Only thing he didn't notice was the attack speed.
Chaotic Sage1 votesCause if you mean on minions, they removed that part of the keystone. It only procs on champions now.
