client failure

Recently my client decided not to work accordingly. I was worried that my pc was the problem. Then i asked my friends about the issue and they told me they were experiencing the same thing.I would like to hear ur suggestions and thoughts about the problem and if possible give me tips on how i can solve the problems that my client is facing.
