Ziggs - bug ( invisible basic attacks + bouncing bomb (Q) )

Ziggs has bugged spell Q + basic attacks ( they are invisible). Sometimes me (as ziggs) see bombs normaly, but enemies dont. Found on LIVE EUNE 19.07.2016. Screens or videos are not necessary for this time.
