Riot banned my PBE account >:(

A little while ago my PBE account was banned and I want your opinions to see if I deserved it...

at the time I had recently hit honor 3 and was super excited to finally get a PBE account. I did the whole sign up thing and then queued up with my 2 friends. We got into a game but I could not connect I tried everything but couldn't (we lost). So I gave up and went to sleep. One day later I decided to login but when I did I got a permanent ban notice. I submitted a ticket and they said I was banned for using third party software I was super confused. I submitted countless tickets saying that is impossible if I was AFK. At that point, I thought it was maybe my team reporting for third-party software. They said their system doesn't go by that or something. At this point, I have given up trying to get it back as every time I submit a ticket explaining in more detail they still say " you were banned for using third-party software." I feel like I am talking to a robot or a wall because it can't be hard to just analyze the match I played. I was level 1, no items and no KDA.

Riots banning system is flawed because their system banned me for something that makes no sense when I wasn't even in the match. If they had banned me for afking that would be even more flawed then before because they usually give me leaverbuster or a warning. You could have just given me a limited time suspension.

Someone or a RIoter help me out this is seriously frustrating your support is confusing me about your banning system. They say it doesn't go by how many reports you get when it does from multiple occurrences with many other people. Also, it is PBE for god sakes...

Seems very strange. I feel like there was either something that made it appear as using third party software in your game, such as a super skill capped play, doing extremely well on a champ you just started on (for example getting an S+ on your main server best champ, but on PBE with no mastery if that makes sense), or something else along those lines that would make it appear as using third party software. Then again it simply could just be a glitch in the system. Either way, I doubt you deserve to be banned for this. I assume you've already tried calling their support number to try to talk to a real person, so I won't suggest that to you. Anyways best of luck, hope you get unbanned man :) [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
